JOB INFORMATION
Job title: General Affair in Surabaya, Indonesia

**Job Description**:

- Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.
- Ensure the company inventory is well maintained and in a safe condition.
- Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Department.
- Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it.
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
- Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense
- COVID-19 pandemic-related procedure: vaccine, office schedule, procedure, data collection, WFH requirement.
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the Office Manager. Job Requirement
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience as a GA and relevant field minimum 2 years.
- Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially of MS Excel
- Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)
- Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment
- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
