Key roles and responsibilities:
- Establish and implement strategies to ensure compliance
- Review, drafting and supporting negation business agreements.
- Monitor and follow up changing regulation.
- Manage preparation activities and follow up internal audit.
- Manage regular corporate governance training and survey the awareness.
- Handle legal dispute, custom litigation, working external consultant to provide resolution.
- Manage operation of renewal company business and expatriate license.
- Manage operation of building, car and driver management
- Responsible for Section's operations based on SOP and Corporate Governance while providing vision, leadership, and excellence in execution.
- Implement annual Cost Reduction activities through optimization.
- Prepare Section's budget and manage the execution.
- Leading the planning and implementation of various projects
- Prepare and review annually midterm Road Map
- Prepare and review annually career development plan for all team members.
Requirement:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law or Private Law
- Maximum 38 years Old
- Must have Leadership skills, problem solving and good analytic thinking skills.
- Must have minimum 3 subordinates.
- Must have good English communication skill.
- Preferable have membership of PERADI
- Must have experience work in General Affair area min 5 years.
- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand.
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
