Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law or Private Law.

Min.5 years of working experience in General Affairs area.

Currently handle min 3 subordinates.

Business English communication skills.

Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demands.

Good analytical and conceptual thinking.

Strong problem-solving with good judgment and a sense of urgency.

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Leadership skills, problem-solving, and good analytic thinking skills.

Tanggung Jawab

Establish and implement strategies to ensure compliance.

Review, draft, and support negotiation business agreements.

Monitor and follow up on changing regulations.

Manage preparation activities and follow up on internal audits.

Manage regular corporate governance training and survey awareness.

Handle legal disputes, and custom litigation, working with external consultants to provide resolution.

Manage the operation of renewal company business and expatriate license.

Manage the operation of building, car, and driver management.

Responsible for the Section's operations based on SOP and Corporate Governance while providing vision, leadership, and excellence in execution.

Implement annual Cost Reduction activities through optimization.

Prepare the Section's budget and manage the execution.

Leading the planning and implementation of various projects.

Prepare and review the annual midterm roadmap.

Prepare and review annual career development plans for all team members.

Other related tasks as assigned.
