Ga & Legal Supervisor

Draft, review, translate, finalize, and store agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties to finalize and draft contracts
- Provide accurate legal opinions, legal advice, summaries, or reviews of government regulations related to any legal topic (corporate, labor, industry, etc.)
- Coordinate and communicate with government officials, maintaining good relationships and compliance
- Handle government reporting, such as LKPM, WLKP, OSS, and timely industrial reports
- Prepare documents with notaries for notarial deeds
- Provide legal requirements and other documents as requested by management
- Manage all company permits and legalities
- Handle company inventory and building maintenance

- Head Office - Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- Possess valid driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal position
- Proficient in labor laws and other regulations relevant to the company
- Experienced in maintaining good relationships with government institutions
