Hold Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology or equivalent.

Has at least 8 year of working experience in Manufacturing company.

Business level English.

Strong in HSE and GA matters for factory.

Handled external affairs such as to local residents, to government sectors, etc.

Skilled in industrial relation, organization development, health and safety management, performance analysis, general affair.

Must be willing to work in Karawang.

Preferable having experience in Japanese company.
