Ga Purchasing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of GA operations and procedures, such as supplier sourcing, bidding comparison, purchasing goods, receiving, and distributing goods, maintain a large vendor database, and manage vendor relationships and services
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work in a fast-pace working environment

**Job descriptions**:
1. Handle the end-to-end purchasing flow

2. Manage requests from teachers and coordinate with the storage coordinator

3. Sort the orders upon arrival

4. Find vendors, perform comparisons, and select the best vendor with the best price (online or offline)

5. Manage school inventory and conduct stock taking/stock opname

6. Create recaps of operational costs/bookkeeping of expenses

7. Help with serving lunch to the kids8. Work closely with GA team

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
