Provide general administrative activities to the organization, including filing, data entry, typing, and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork; managing diaries; assisting with travel arrangements and organization; looking after visitors; and assisting with general reception and telephone duties; Preparing and processing requisition for supplies and equipment
Coordination, Controlling, and Handling an arrangement for Employee Catering, Employee Transportation, Absence of employees, Conducting inventory control regularly, updating and making monthly reports, including communicating with vendors
Preparation for Administration Payment, Controlling Monthly Costs, Controlling Petty Cash, Operational Car for company & expatriate's car
Handling Legal Documents: Membership, Contract, etc
Handling Japanese Expatriates and all their needs.
Manage and process expenses for general administration for Expatriate
Handling Legal Documents for Expatriate
