Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Has a minimum of 1-year experience as GA in manufacturing, preferably from the Food industry.

Conversational level in English.
Has minimum JLPT N3.

Having knowledge about the technical and operational of GA (building, vehicle, etc).

Responsible for handling general affair and office management tasks.

Supervisory OB and operational driver activities.

Maintain the schedule of the operational driver.

Maintain office Facilities & Equipment, making sure that all office facilities and equipment are well up and functioning.

Plans and arranges procurement of Office equipment and maintenance services, office stationery & supplies, and other purchase request from employees.

Able to do the negotiation with any vendor.
