Set up and implement social media and community strategies and activities
- Monitor and report the activities outcome and community's feedback
- Liaise with other teams and departments effectively and professionally
- Research and analyze competitors and community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations

- Related 2 years of experiences in community management or strategic social media planning.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent teamwork, time-management, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, a critical-thinker and a problem-solver.
- Good command of Mandarin Chinese is a big plus.
- Having prior experience in game publishing companies is a plus.
