Garment Technician Officer

**Job Overview**:
Perform scheduling, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of patterns, markers & samples development. Coordinate with Garment Tech team to make marker efficiency & streamline the production process.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Check SR & WI before pattern, marker & sample process.
- Scheduling and coordinating pattern, marker & sample processes.
- Checking & updating marker & sample result data - costing & production.
- Monitoring pattern & marker work progress.
- Monitor the creation of Dummy Samples & Approval Samples each season.
- Provide technical direction in the Sample Room regarding the efficiency of the production process.
- Coordinate with designers regarding development samples.
- Propose new product specifications/standards.
- Propose product standard improvement.
- Conduct weekly briefings.
- Propose changes to SOP related to product improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
- Having experience as a Garment Tech.
- Product Knowledge & garment technical skill.
- Knowledgeable in pattern & grading.
- Knowledgeable in production process & garment quality.
- Have a great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

**Experience**:

- Garment Technician: 3 years (preferred)
