Gds Claims Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough investigations of claims payments from providers to clients within the GDS.
- Analyze situations or data, requiring a review of various factors, and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
- Adhere to instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks accurately.
- Ensure all work meets the team's minimum standards and is processed efficiently.
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working in a travel agency with hands-on GDS experience.
- Preferred experience with Amadeus GDS.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
