**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough investigations of claims payments from providers to clients within the GDS.

Analyze situations or data, requiring a review of various factors, and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.

Adhere to instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks accurately.

Ensure all work meets the team's minimum standards and is processed efficiently.

Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor promptly.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Experience working in a travel agency with hands-on GDS experience.

Preferred experience with Amadeus GDS.

Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Excellent record-keeping skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
