Frequent domestic and international travel is a fundamental component to being successful in this position. The successful applicant would report to the Managing Director – South East & North Asia. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining long term relationships with end users of GEHO pumps. Providing feedback to the needs in service and support of these end users. Follow up on customer requests and complaints until full resolution. Composition and management of aftermarket sales budgets in consultation with the Managing Director – Southeast & North Asia and Regional GEHO Product Manager. Build relationships with our suppliers of spares and technical support, Weir Minerals Netherlands. Initiating, managing and maintaining spares and service agreements. Providing technical recommendations and upgrade support to customers. Training for GEHO end users and Asia based staff. Handle spare parts technical enquiries and pricing and working closely with the Customer Support team on technical issues.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: The person we are seeking will have experience in the mining industry and ideally tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering while relevant trade background progressing to an associate diploma would be expected but not essential.
