General Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:

- Managing and check the company financial statement to ascertain the reports as according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Managing and check the tax monthly report and annual tax return to ascertain the report as according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Ascertain accomplishment of tax to minimize the tax risk.
- Liaise with outside party related to finance to arrange the company cash flow.
- Checked and analyze transaction entry in system to ensure that all finance transaction correct.
- Processing monthly closing to ascertain monthly report can be finished correctly.
- Arrange internal target related with quality, safety healthy, and environment, monitoring progress, and determine anticipative steps to avoid deviances of result.
- Increase awareness of the quality and competence of the subordinates.

Requirement:

- Min D3 in Finance, Accounting & Tax related

Work experiences in Accounting at PMA Japan Automotive Mfg min. as Assistant Manager (long period of working experience is preferred)
- Experience in:
a. Generate monthly & yearly financial report (cashflow, B/S, P/L, etc)

b. Control accounting and financial activity (AP/AR), reconciliation, tax report (PPh 23, 26, etc), and central bank (BI) report

c. Control financial report audit by KAP, annual inventory audit

d. Control cash flow (petty cash), fixed asset audit, accounting closing
- Familiar with Accounting software IFS & Simlex
- English pre-intermediate

**Salary**: Up to Rp18,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting,Finance,Tax: 10 years (required)
- Worked at Japanese Automotive industry: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Brevet A & B(Must), prefer C (required)
