**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain condition of warehouse, building, office, station and IC
- Responsible for Technical works on Warehouse relocation project (restoration/set Up)
- Maintain good communication with building management in condition
- Monitor and control order, cleanliness and safety implementation
- Maintain and manage all office facilities related asset categories that cannot be postponed in repairs such as: air conditioning, photocopying machines, CCTV, and peripheral security
- Manage various permits, and public relations, operational, etc.
- Provide analysis on all repairs with cost estimation based on damage and needs
**Requirements**:
- D3 or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or Economy Management
- 1 year of experience in related fields
- Have ability and and proven track record on facility and building management
- Attention to detail, and strong in Excel & Spreedsheet
