7. Willing to stay around Bekasi or Cikarang 8. Married

**General Affair for Administration Responsibilities**:
1. Provide general administrative activities to the organization, to include filing, data entry, typing, and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork; managing diaries; assisting with travel arrangements and organization; looking after visitors; and assisting with general reception and telephone duties; Prepare and process requisition for supplies and equipment

2. Coordination, Controlling, Handling an arrangement for Employee Catering, Employee Transportation, Absence of employees, Conduct inventory control regularly, update and make monthly report, including communicate with vendors Petty Cash,

3. Preparation for Administration Payment, Controlling Monthly Cost, Controlling Operational Car for company & expatriate's car

**4. Handling Legal Documents**: Membership, Contract, etc

General Affair for Expatriate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handling Japanese Expatriates and all their needs.

2. Manage and process expenses for general administration for Expatriate
