Your role will involve handling back-office administrative duties, coordinating office activities, and supporting various departments within the organization. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for general affairs-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs- Assist in organizing company events and meetings- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general affairs or related administrative roles- Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of back-office administrative procedures and office management practices
