We represent our client that one of the international freight forwarders & logistics companies that have several services such as warehousing, projects & heavy lift over industrial, energy, oil and gas, automotive, mining, shipbuilding, and maritime industries across the globe.

As a General Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning oflogistics operations. Your role will involve handling back-office administrative duties, coordinating office activities, and supporting various departments within the organization. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for general affairs-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general affairs or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of back-office administrative procedures and office management practices


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
