Job Responsibility

Handle all General Affair function (Procurement, Purchasing, Asset Inventory, Asset Maintenance)

Able to handle office and the facilities

Administration for GA expenses

Filling and manage to all document

Controlling and purchasing of office's equipment, stationaries and pantries

Controlling and recapitulation daily and weekly report operational vehicles

Able to take care of employee's official travel needs
**Requirements**:
A bachelor degree from any major

Good interpersonal skills.

Attention to details

Able to deal with task and projects at the same time to prioritize work activities

Computer literate

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
