**Role of Purposes**:
You are going to join our people-geek side of the HR team, specifically in General Services, which is responsible for everyone's safety and comfort when working. You will deep dive into design planning and all operations that can enhance our building's function. On this note, you will be also responsible for maintaining work safety standards and a good work environment for all employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle household affairs (Electricity & Water bills, house operational needs, groceries, etc)
- Responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
- Handling various tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day office/building operations. This includes performing administrative tasks, assisting with project management, and organizing events
- Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any Major
- Good command of English
- Min 4 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles
- Communicative and Active
- Willing to work with high pressure
- Proven experience in handling asset management (inventory), operational maintenance, facility, etc
- Good Negotiation Skills
