Handle corresponding (Printing, follow up, send and receive)
- Filing administrative document
- Check ATK stock and pantry supplies
- Preparation and support for internal and external events
- Coordination with vendors for related GA Services (pest control, delivery, etc)
- Support and assisting day to day GA operational and assist in GA projects
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Have some experiences in General Affairs field
- Good English proficiency
- Familiar with printer devices
- Familiar with Gdocs and Gform
