**Responsibilities**:
Supervise the maintenance and operation of low rise building office facilities, including HVAC systems, utilities, and equipment.
Manage office space planning, renovations, and expansions as necessary.
Ensure workplace safety and security measures are in place and adhered to.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
Coordinate office logistics such as seating arrangements, parking, and employee amenities.
Identify and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts for services such as cleaning, catering, security, etc.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop and manage budgets related to general affairs operations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any Major
Good command of English
Min 4 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles
Communicative and Active
Willing to work with high pressure
Proven experience in handling asset management (inventory), operational maintenance, facility, etc
Good Negotiation Skills
