**Requirements**:

- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in General Affairs field.
- Required Skills **:Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Administration**.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and fast-learner.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, neat and perform teamwork spirit.
- Work location **:Head Office, West Jakarta.**

**Responsibilities**:

- General Affairs planning.
- Analyze office re-layout & building repair project (from determining the cost budget plan (RAB) and bill of quantity (BOQ)).
- Monitoring building maintenance & housekeeping.
- Monitoring accommodation and employee business trips.
- Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities.

**Experience**:

- General Affairs: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
