**Responsibilities**
- Recruit and build connections for activation.
- Maintain good relationships with partners and clients to meet Partner transaction targets.
- Achieve the GP targets determined by management.
- Design strategies to achieve partner recruitment targets, partner transactions and GP targets
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major.
- Minimum working experience 2-4 years in General Insurance, as Sales / Telemarketing and or Desk Collectionm
- Having good communication and good time managemement skills.
- Previous experience in Insurance, Insurtech, or Insurance Broker preferable.
- Available to fully do work from office.
- Willing to do extra mile and working of weekend (if needed)
