Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to drive growth and the achievement of sustainable financial performance across relevant business units in the Asia region. This will be achieved through the leadership of the Sales teams to deliver profitable, safe, timely and high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- A leader who shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes a harassment-free environment; builds a diverse workforce.- Actively coach and lead the Country Manager(s) to ensure the achievement of commercial, customer and personal targets.- Increase diversity including female participation across the region.- Successfully manage the Agents & Distributors for the Asia region driving growth whilst maintaining compliance.- Contribute to the annual strategic review for Weir Minerals Business Goals- Develop and drive the implementation of robust tactical plans for each market segment to meet Win Back & Attack Plan targets.- Creation of solutions to meet customer needs and market developments.- Drive Geographical Expansion in the region providing best in class support as close as possible to customer sites.- Cultural awareness to foster team and customer engagement.
