As the General Manager of a Beauty Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing all
aspects of clinic operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving
business growth. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, foster a positive work
environment, and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence and financial
objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of skincare specialists, beauty therapists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuously improving service standards, and implementing feedback mechanisms to address customer concerns and enhance the overall experience.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies, including marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and partnerships, to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to optimise profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices, while upholding the clinic's reputation for excellence.
- Represent the clinic in the local community, participate in industry events, and build relationships with stakeholders to promote brand awareness and establish Beauty Clinic as a leader in the beauty industry.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data, develop budgets, and make strategic decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate clinic operations and events.
**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month
