We are now seeking a position as a General Manager for Building Material Manufacturing Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with a team of department heads to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, streamlining the company's operations and ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure profitability, including budget preparation and tracking, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies, to ensure the company's continuous growth and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, analyzing market trends and adapting the company's strategy accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to labor laws, tax regulations, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
