General Manager (Gym)

**Job Title: General Manager (Gym)****Location: South Jakarta****Availability to Join: Immediately****Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to promote the gym and attract new members.- Monitor financial performance and budgetary adherence, and take appropriate action to achieve revenue targets.- Lead and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and staff, in compliance with health and safety regulations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Knowledge of fitness equipment and training techniques.- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).Pay: Up to Rp18,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- General Manager (Gym): 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 03/25/2024
