General Manager

The OpportunityOur sister brand (70k IG followers) is looking for a General Manager to be in charge of managing the brand with the help of the founders. We are looking for someone who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments and is highly motivated, organized, interested in fashion, and easy to work with.As a General Manager at our sister brand, you will be responsible in overseeing day-to-day operations of the brand while working closely with the founders, including but not limited to:Formulate strategy ( inc. commercial and creative directions) and set goals for growthFormulate and maintain budgetsSet and implement policies and processesEnsure employees work productively and develop professionallyOversee recruitmentEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDirect the employee assessment processPrepare regular reports for upper management and/or foundersFormulate and implement solutions to issues**Requirements**:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or CommerceKnowledgable in the fields of e-commerce/Direct-to-customers (preferably in Fashion)Minimum 2 years work experience in a senior/management rolePay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your expected Salary?
