Job Description:- Handle day to day operation sales, marketing, business development & operation team- Lead team to achieve sales targets and improve brand performance- Responsible to company growth- Develop and execute all sales & marketing strategies**Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor degree- Having experienced as General Manager minimum 2 years especially in E-commerce industry or retail industry- Responsible & drive performance to achieve sales & marketing target- Having good leadership, strategic thinking, ambitius & result oriented- Fluent in english- Domicile in Gading Serpong Tangerang preferable**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- General Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
