PersyaratanBachelor's Degree in business, engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence at FCMG plantSkilled in Process Improvement, Project Management and MarketingExcellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Total Quality Management) with the ability to drive execution of ideasWell developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.Strong leadership skill.Tanggung JawabProvide effective strategical with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly and performance of the organization against the goalsOversee and improve current operational processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.Proactively identifying and addressing risks across end to end operationsLead, direct and control all sales and marketing activities. Activities may include: market research, forecasting; pricing; marketing campaigns, business development; order handling; customer service; competitor identification and analysis.Acquiring new businesses and markets. Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development. Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics.
