General Support Public Service Officer

Details of the offer

Analyze buildings and locations as a place of business according to standards and operational needs.

Analyze the process of purchasing and leasing transactions and reviewing the maturity of the building according to the schedule so that operational activities can run well.

Responsible for carrying out the appraisal process for building assets owned by the company on a regular basis.

Coordinate and communicate well with the Cross Function Departments so that the planned strategies and policies can be implemented properly.

Propose a draft SOP related to building search activities as a guideline for operational implementation to ensure everything goes well.

Propose team capability & performance development for competency development.

Manage assets and insurance claims on company assets.

Manage and make stock opname in Head Office and branches.

Manage the use and control of operational vehicle conditions in the Head Office and make documentation as their usage.

Perform administrative support for meeting public service needs at Head Office and at branches.
Bachelor degrees in any major

Having experiences in related fields

Computer skilled with Windows operating system

Skilled in Microsoft Office

Good understanding in cost estimation, feasibility study, appraisal property, property legal

Strong communication skill, negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
