General Technician - Aerium

**Job Descriptions**:- Inspect, maintain and repair building; along with its MEP system, in accordance with quality standards.- Monitor vendor's work when building maintenance/repair is done by third party.- Check the checklist of the contractor / vendor Property / Estate Management work so that it is in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Diploma's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in apartment / Building Management.- Have experiences in maintaining Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in Apartment/Mall.- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
