Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and attract top talent for various job openings. Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. Build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications. Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates effectively. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing insights and support. Present qualified candidates to clients, showcasing their strengths and experiences. Fluency in German and excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to assess and match candidates to roles effectively. Self-disciplined with the capability to work independently in a remote setting.
