Our mission is to inspire people and brands to make an impact and we are committed to attracting, growing, and retaining the best talent in the industry.**What You'll Do**:- Generate monthly consolidation reports to provide insights into the overall financial performance.- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for both internal management and external audit purposes.- Execute monthly and quarterly SOX reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.- Compile and analyze monthly intercompany transaction reports, reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate recording.- Facilitate netting off intercompany transactions each month to streamline accounting processes.- Supervise the General Ledger (GL) management, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.- Oversee the correct input of journal entries posted into the financial system, and maintaining accurate records.- Implement strategies to minimize long outstanding net working capital, ensuring adherence to regional standards.- Review and analysis accounts in the financial statements and propose necessary steps to maintain accuracy of financial statement.- Stay updated on local accounting standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial activities.**What You'll Need**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.- 5 - 6 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a supervisory role.- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).- Strong understanding of accounting standards, SOX compliance and reporting requirements.- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.- English proficiency is a must (oral and written).**How We'll Support You**:Ogilvy celebrates its people.
