**Responsibilities**:
- Advise, develop, and implement financial strategies, forecasting models, and initiatives to optimize financial performance and support business goals
- Strong in M&A and Investment and Banking
- Provides guidance and insight for key decisions including analysis/scenarios of financial impacts, financial risks, and technical issues related to Applicable GAAP and/or company policy
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in decision-making
- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess risk, identify opportunities, and make informed financial recommendations
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee the company's cash management, including forecasting cash needs and investing excess cash
- Manage cash balances to ensure efficient utilization of funds
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience 7 years in a senior finance role within a corporate environment, demonstrating progressive leadership and strategic financial management
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, risk management, and accounting principles
- Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, and results-oriented with sharp business acumen
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and analytical mindset
**Salary**: Rp70,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month
