As the GM HR Operations, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's future. You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, coupled with at least 15 years of experience in HR - 5 of which have been spent in a leadership role. With strong analytical abilities, you're able to solve problems effectively while thinking strategically. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
At least 15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills
