**About the Company**:
Our client is a local conglomerate multi-finance company with more than 24 years of experience in financing services in Indonesia. They are currently looking for an experienced Human Capital Business Partner with strong experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Reward Management, and Industrial Relations.
- Partner with senior executives to understand business objectives and design human capital strategies that support them.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning to build a relationship with Industrial Relations and employee engagement.
- Develop organizational design activities to build capabilities, increase organizational effectiveness, enhance speed and agility, or better deliver against the business's growth objectives.
- Partner with Business Leaders on human capital topics, including performance management, employee engagement, reward management, and employee relations.
- Conduct needs analysis and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
- Support clients on human capital strategies, including change management, organizational design, and talent management.
- Manage and mentor a team of human capital professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, performance management, reward management, talent management, or related fields.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed.
