**About the Role**:
Our client is one of the largest Alcohol and Beverage Retail Company dedicated to deliver excellence in service and quality. As we expand and evolve, we are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic General Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive transformative change within our organization.

**Role Overview**:
The General Manager of Human Resources will be instrumental in spearheading the transformation of our traditional HR practices into modern, effective processes aligned with industry best practices. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of providing strategic counsel to the owner, collaborating closely with the management team, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic HR Leadership**: Drive the evolution of HR strategies, policies, and practices in alignment with organizational goals. Provide guidance and expertise to the owner and management on best HR practices.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, especially in effectively communicating with blue-collar workers on-site. Ensure transparent and respectful communication channels are established and maintained.
- **Labor Relations**: Fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns constructively. Implement fair and compliant practices to maintain harmonious relations.
- **Operational Execution**: Collaborate closely with the management team to understand on-field dynamics, identify HR needs, and execute initiatives effectively. Ensure seamless implementation of HR strategies on the ground.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations. Implement robust compliance measures to safeguard the company's interests while maintaining ethical HR practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including blue-collar workers.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
