**About the Company**:
Our client is an F&B retail company based in Indonesia that owns an expanding portfolio of notable all-day dining establishments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, oversee, and execute marketing strategies, initiatives, and activations of the brands, as well work with cross-functional teams to monitor operations of the brand outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage new brand launches end to end through marketing campaigns and activities, both online and offline.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to boost store sales, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
- Develop and lead advertising, promotional, and partnership initiatives to drive awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and formulate effective product strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strengthen brand recognition and customer loyalty within the Indonesian market

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree is Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 5 years of brand/marketing management experience in the F&B retail industry
- Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively
- Independent, highly adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- A people person, able to collaborate with different stakeholders within and outside the company
- Good presentation and communication skills
