We are now seeking a position as a General Manager - Operational and Merchandiser for a Fashion and Lifestyle Retail Company, who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- **Develop and grow the brands** in Indonesia, in the relevant channels: retail/owned stores, consignment, dept. stores, wholesale, e-commerce.
- Manage, maintain and execute **OTB budget **in line with the company business targets
- Manage business relationship with **Principal**:
- Negotiate for support - FOB/margin relief, capex, marketing budget, etc
- Perform regular **analysis** on sales
- **Daily/weekly management and monitoring** of Sales & Margin Performance
- **Work with the marketing team** to develop and elevate brand relevance, image and ultimately market share
- **Coordinate with other departments**:
- **Manage and develop operation team**:
- **Ensure daily store operation as per standard by concept**
