**About the Company**

Our client is a petrochemical company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the waste oil refinery space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage sourcing of customers. Develop and maintain a strong operation standard with work flow and strategic planning for expansion projects of waste oil processing
- Petrochemical and in-depth knowledge of the refinery business and market - with a focus on technical, environmental, and safety aspects
- Set operational team target and hold team members accountable for KPIs and recognize or discipline as needed
- Develop and manage operating budgets - with the addition of having to manage operations and achieving optimal efficiencies
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current operation excellence

**Key Requirements**:

- 8 - 12 years of operations and technical experience with a core focus in the petrochemical and refinery space
- Proven success in managing petrochemical plant and refinery operations space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of operational excellence development with experience across the various petrochemical plant and refinery operation stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the refinery market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
