**Responsibilities as a GMAT Curriculum Developer**
- Developing and updating a GMAT preparation program to reflect the most recent GMAT exam material, structure, and objectives.
- Creating high-quality learning resources for both the quantitative and verbal parts of the GMAT, such as lesson plans, study guides, practice problems, and explanations.
- Create and maintain practice examinations and evaluations to measure student progress and GMAT preparedness.
- Doing research on GMAT trends, test-taking tactics, and industry best practices to improve curriculum quality
- Managing timetables and deliverables to ensure that projects are finished on time.
- Ensuring that all instructional materials meet quality standards, are error-free, and lack any inconsistencies in content.
- Working closely with the Market Research Team to identify potential customers' particular curricular needs and customize content accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (related fields such as teaching, mathematics, or business are preferable)
- Indonesian citizen or fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
- Strong understanding of the GMAT exam methodology, content, and scoring (proven by GMAT score taken in the last 5 years)
- Previous expertise in curriculum development, particularly in designing GMAT-specific study materials, would be advantageous.
- Capability to update the curriculum in response to changes in the GMAT structure or content.
- Innovative thinking to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Capable of remaining up to date with GMAT trends and student demands.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and e-learning systems.
- Strong organizing abilities to meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience with example lesson plans, practice questions, and teaching materials is advantageous.
