**Responsibilities**:

- Create Golang backend apps that are scalable, secure, well-designed, and fast.
- Use best practices to create manageable, high-quality code.
- Improve current code's functionality and effectiveness.
- Give your team members technical instruction, code reviews, and mentoring.
- To better comprehend and implement product needs, form collaborations with engineers and product managers.
- Work together with the product, QA, and UI teams to provide features and upgrades.

**Key Requirements**:

- Feature-building backend engineers with at least four years of experience, including at least one year's leadership.
- Utilizing the concepts, syntax, and idioms of the Go programming language for at least two years.
- Capable of working with event stream processing.
- Knowledge of the microservices concept and experience.
