**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct all of tire scrap analysis for the user, then the user will receive Goodyear's removal reason,
- Inspect a sample of operating tires as mutually agreed with the user.
Also, provide comments for inspected tires,
- Join the tire Environmental Care Audit team for all KPC operational pits at least 1 time in 1 month each pit.
- Training & Awareness regarding tire for Maintenance and Operation
- Conduct TKPH analysis for tire operating in the most extreme condition and develop a report to the user,
- Conduct a survey of a sample of operating conditions that are to be inspected and commented (OSM)
- Conduct heat study in tire operating in the most extreme heat conditions,
- Provide payload information and analysis to the user on the tire relevant capacity to show actual payload,
- Check, record, and comment on all tire pressure inspection
- Deliver a recommendation of what should the user do to increase tire performance (performance Review)
- Join inspection upon tire arrival, warranty claim, tire premature failure

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field
- At least 5 years of work experience in handling tire repair
- Good English communication skills
- Strong background in customer service
