**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in crafting and implementing successful strategies across Meta Ads platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools, using insights to fine-tune campaigns and improve performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
