**Job title**:
The **Graduate Development Program (GDP)** **is our company traineeship that **develops high potential talent into future leaders**. It is an integral part of our Talent Strategy and enables us to infuse early career talent and generational diversity into our workforce.

As a two-year traineeship, the GDP consists of **two 12-month local assignments across businesses and/or functions**. The program targets early career talent with less than two years of experience after graduation.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Final year students or bachelor's degree with a Minimum GPA 3.0.
- Leadership experience in Extra Co-curricular Activities or Projects.
- Logical problem solver who can work independently and strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English required in addition to local language & proficient in Microsoft Office.
