Graduate Specialist Program (Gsp) - Supply Chain

**Company Description**
- Support supply chain and logistics, including sales support functions and activities related to supporting the business in Bosch Rexroth.
- Participate in a personalized program to gain exposure to different areas of the company and develop a comprehensive understanding of its operations.
- Provide local support for Bosch Rexroth activities and networks, serving as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters.
- Offer consultation input for optimizing local supply chain and logistics operations, contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- 2 - 5 years of working experience in supply chain and/or Application Engineering.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English, capable of leading negotiations in English.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to take risks.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and innovate solutions.
- Strong personality and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- High level of social competence and a strong team player who shares knowledge openly.
- Credible and trustworthy, with well-developed technical and methodological competence.
- Ability to think interdisciplinary, flexibly, and creatively.
- Good intellectual and managerial skills.
- Proficient knowledge of standard software, especially Office 365 (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), and PowerBI.
