Graphic Design And Social Media Planner

**Responsibilities**
- Digital and Print Design: Design graphics for both digital platforms (websites, social media, etc.) and print materials
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Online and offline campaign
- Positioning, target customer and segmentation with focus to deliver marketing support
- Scheduling and Posting: Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media posts to ensure a consistent social presence. Monitor posting schedules and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns, as well as collaborating with third-party vendors such as production house and digital agency to closely monitor the creative outputs.
- Content Calendar: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
- Content Ideation: Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing (DKV/related field)
- Proven experience minimum 3 years of Creative roles
- Language: Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums, with a focus on branding and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design & video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere or After Effect).
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc., and stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies.
- Has experience in managing social media accounts (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok).
- Fast Learner, Proactive, promote innovative problem solving and creative thinking
- Good communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to operate professional cameras for basic photography.
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans & creative visuals.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design trends, and consumer behavior.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and tools for monitoring performance.
