You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports our educational mission and brand identity.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with the marketing team and instructors to understand design needs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.- Develop creative concepts for presentations, infographics, and other visual assets used in online courses.- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the education sector.- Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently.- Revise designs based on feedback and iterate until final approval.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in an educational or e-learning environment.- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects with a focus on clean, engaging, and educational visuals.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Excellent understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- A passion for education and a desire to create visually engaging learning experiences.- Experience with animation or motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma would be a bonus point- Have basic understanding on UI/UX- Knowledge of educational technology (e.g., Learning Management Systems).- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Tell me 3 things about yourself**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Design: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
